Gina Gmuer
Gina is originally from Lima, Peru, but has lived the majority of her life in Southern California. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and has been living and selling real estate in North County San Diego for almost 20 years. Gina loves living in North County San Diego, and she has extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, community activities, school districts, restaurants and everything in between.
Gina prides herself on her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude. Her goal is to make each client feel at ease and comfortable with the process of buying or selling by providing open communication and updates along the way. Gina is also fluent in Spanish and works with bilingual buyers and sellers.
When Gina is not working on her business, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two teens, and two pups. She also enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, reading, and going to the beach.
